RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted under the following conditions (all must apply):

The return must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (if applicable).

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURNS

To return an item, please print out the invoice that was emailed to you (or include the invoice that was included with your package), and mail it with your item(s) back to:

Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of your item(s)-- minus a 20% restocking fee.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To exchange an item, please print out the invoice that was emailed to you, and mail it with your item(s) back to:

Please make a note (on the invoice) to let us know what you'd like to exchange for.

Once we receive your items, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your exchange. Please note that exchanges will only be processed if the newly requested items are in stock. If the requested items are out of stock, then a refund will be issued (minus a 20% restocking fee).

If the exchange request is illegible or cannot be deciphered, a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) will be processed instead.

MISSING PACKAGES

Driven will not provide refunds for packages not received because the shipping address provided during checkout was inaccurate or incomplete, unless the package is deemed undeliverable and is returned to Driven.

In the case of a missing package, Driven will offer a refund or will send out a new package. This, however, only applies to packages that have not been delivered. If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

REPLACEMENTS

We will gladly exchange any defective or damaged item due to manufacturers error. If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturers error, or if we ship the wrong item, please email us at swag@driventrading.com within 3 days of delivery.

WRONG SIZED APPAREL

Sizing charts are displayed for all types of apparel, and measurements may vary by up to 1.25". If you receive an item with measurements that are off by 1.5" or more, we will waive the 20% restocking/return/exchange fee. A photo may be required to show the variance.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. All clearance items are final sales.
