RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted under the following conditions (all must apply):
The return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (if applicable).
Returned items must not have been purchased on Clearance. (Apparel marked at $12 or less is considered Clearance and is considered a Final Sale.)
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com for an RMA # and return instructions. (Do not return to the sender. Return instructions will include the proper return address.) Please note, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of your item(s)-- minus a 20% restocking fee.
Driven will not provide refunds for packages not received because the shipping address provided during checkout was inaccurate or incomplete, unless the package is deemed undeliverable and is returned to Driven.
In the case of a missing package, Driven will offer a refund or will send out a new package. This, however, only applies to packages that have not been delivered. If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
We will gladly exchange any defective or damaged item due to manufacturers error. If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturers error, or if we ship the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery.
WRONG SIZED APPAREL
Sizing charts are displayed for all types of apparel, and measurements may vary by up to 1" (for each measurement). If you receive an item with measurements that are off by more than 1" (in width or length), we will waive the 20% restocking/return/exchange fee. A photo may be required to show the variance.
Apparel items sold for $12 or less are considered Clearance items and cannot be returned or exchanged. All clearance items are final sales.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Most of our orders are processed within 2-4 business days, but sometimes our processing times may take a little longer--especially due to high volume sales after events, during sales/promos, etc.
Shipping times will vary based on your location and your chosen shipping speed. Nevertheless, a tracking number will be issued for you to track your Driven swag!
